Welcome to the Be Fit Program!
Be fit is a 26 week program that will teach you how to get fit. This program is for the person with very little to no experience in the gym. 26 weekly lessons will teach you everything you need to know about the gym, and which programs work best for you with a group of others sharing similar goals.
You have received your packet, and in it you have found your 7.21 Personal Training Program-Personal Guide and Workbook. Keep the workbook and your Participant's Guide together, as you will use them together.
You'll find the 7.21 book has a lot of great advice and tips to keep you motivated, as well as Daily Activity Logs and Strength and Toning Logs to keep you scheduled and on track for the first 21 days. The club will provide you with additional logging materials beyond that.
