There are currently four LifeStyle Personal Performance Programs available.
Be Fit - For the new club member who would like an extended introduction to equipment, exercises, and programs as well as some added personal attention to workouts. This program also adds accountability and fun! You'll stay on track this time.
Be Lean - This is a weight loss program that delivers results! Your weekly sessions will cover not only what you are eating, but why. By getting to the root of the problem, and coming up with some life strategies for change, your weight loss can be permanent.
BackPoints - This program is for anyone who has ever experienced back pain and would like to find some relief. Once a physician's release is obtained, this 26 week program will begin to improve posture, strengthen the back and core muscles, and discover comfortable ways to sleep, sit, and exercise! This program will also cover how to relieve back pain, once it strikes.
Walkabout - This fun program takes your afternoon walk and turns it into a whole lot of fun. Participants will learn technique, form, fun workouts, healthy eating habits, even strength training and walking alternatives.
